Recipe Ingredients
- Curd: you can either buy it or make it.
- Plain ice cream
- Pacharán Panizo
Recipe Preparation
Make the curd and cool it down. (The recipe is normally shown on the cover of the package). You can also buy it.
CURD ELABORATION: (serves: 8 to 10) Grind 1000 ml ice cream with 1000 ml curd and 400 ml of Pacharán Panizo.
PACHARÁN GELATINE ELABORATION METHOD: 6 sheets per 1000ml
Soak the gelatine sheets in very cold water. Preheat 20 ml of Pacharán, strain, and add the gelatine sheets. Then, add the other 800 ml and let cool in a pan. Make squares for decoration.
